Personal Contract Hire is an agreement between the customer and the financial lender. Under this agreement, you will lease the car for a set period and agree to a mileage allowance. Any excess mileage will result in additional charges, calculated on a per-mile basis.

Since you are leasing for personal use, VAT at the prevailing rate is also included.
