Available as a liftback Saloon or Avant estate, the new A5 falls in line with Audi’s previously proposed naming strategy, where odd numbers denote ICE-powered vehicles. The first A5 Saloon and Avant models arrived in the UK in November 2024, while the more performance-oriented S5 models arrived earlier in December 2024. The Audi A5 e‑hybrid models arrived later, with the first deliveries arriving mid-June 2025.

Performance
One of the first models to feature Audi’s new Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) with MHEV plus technology, the new A5 is designed for the future. The advanced mild-hybrid drivetrain comes with a 7-speed S tronic gearbox as standard, combining turbocharged performance with improved fuel efficiency for maximum everyday usability.
Available in a range of petrol, diesel and PHEV options, with an RS5-level performance configuration with a PHEV system (a first for Audi Sport’s RS lineup) rumoured to come later this year. The top-of-the-range S5 (until the RS5 is released) provides you with 367 BHP, and you’ll reach 62 mph in an impressive 4.5 seconds. After a U-turn on their idea to signify ICE cars and EVs with odd and even numbers, the 6th-generation Audi A6 retains its original name and remains Audi’s most popular ICE executive-class car, with the EV designated as A6 e-tron. However, this A6 is expected to be the final generation of the combustion-powered A6. Both the Saloon and Avant A6 models went on sale in spring 2025, while PHEV versions arrived later in June.
Built on the new PPC platform, the new A6 represents a substantial evolution over its predecessor – a combination of innovative tech and class-leading comfort and performance.

The 6th-generation A6 features a significantly improved aerodynamic performance with a drag coefficient of only 0.23 (Saloon model), making it one of the streamlined executive cars in its class. Its signature single-frame grille now sits lower, wider and flatter, giving the new A6 a more aggressive road stance, while the rear is dominated by a sleek OLED light strip that runs its full width.

The 3rd generation marks a major upgrade to one of Audi’s best-selling compact SUVs. Unveiled in June 2025, the new Q3 is built on the latest MQB Evo platform and features sharper styling, updated mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains, and a tech-focused interior. The 3rd generation Q3 is currently available in SUV and Sportback variants, as well as a Q3 SUV e-hybrid.

Launched in May 2025, the new Audi Q5 is the first SUV from Audi to be built on the new PPC architecture. Available as an SUV or Sportback, with both variants available as a performance-oriented SQ5 or a PHEV, the new Q5 offers something for every type of driver.

Performance
A range of 2.0 TFSI petrol and 2.0 TDI diesel engines is available, supported by 12 V or 48 V mild-hybrid systems for reduced emissions and improved fuel economy. The Q5 TFSI e plug-in hybrid adds an electric motor and an electric-only range of around 38–40 miles – enough for the majority of daily drives.
All variants make use of Audi’s responsive 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch gearbox, and Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system is available across much of the range for better control in poor weather. The top-of-the-range SQ5 Edition 1 will get you from 0-62 mph in a very impressive 4.5 seconds, thanks to 367 BHP.
